With today's server save, the preview game worlds Aurera and Aurora have been set to Hardcore PvP until Thursday, May 23, server save. With the server save on Thursday, the game world type of both worlds will switch to Optional PvP until Saturday, May 25, server save.

Tomorrow, May 22, we need to perform a reset on our preview worlds. This scheduled reset will take place at 15:00 CEST, and both Aurera and Aurora will be reset to the state of May, 22, 10:00 CEST.
So if there is anything you ever wanted to do in Tibia - may it be going on a massive player killing spree, or getting reckless and diving into a mob of monsters way too strong for your character - the 5 hours between 10:00 and 15:00 CEST tomorrow are a great opportunity to be a bit more daring than usual, and to experience the thrills and challenges of a Hardcore PvP environment first-hand. Get your friends together, sharpen your weapons, restock your supplies, and have fun!

With yesterday's server save, some content fixes were implemented.

- It is possible again to harvest the giant dreadcoil in the An Interest Of Botany quest.
- Daily tasks are now repeatable every 20 hours again.
- Secret Service quest: Uncle now hands out another barrel of beer in case of loss.
- It is now possible to deliver scarab cheese to Rashid using the alternative route via the terramite dungeon close to Ankrahmun.
- Old Sanctuary of God King Qjell: All walls in the house can now be decorated. Therefore, all house rights were reset, and items that were hanging on the walls were sent to the inbox of the house owner.
- In addition, some map bugs and typos were fixed.

Please note that the preview worlds Aurora and Aurera are not part of this update. The fixes will be added to both preview worlds with the next days. Enjoy!

Amysterious stranger is on the way to Tibia. The appearance - not yet known for the traveller has been keeping to the shadows until now. The name - a mere whisper for it has been lost in the mists of time. All we know is that this stranger has an intriguing story to tell. A story yet to be written...

Have you ever wanted to create a Tibia NPC, decide on its name, appearance, and what it has to say? If so, our new contest may pique your interest. With the forthcoming summer update, a storyteller NPC will set foot on Tibian land. We want to offer you the chance to name the NPC, choose its appearance, and most importantly, to write the NPC dialogue.

In order to participate in this contest, you need to submit your idea for a storyteller NPC by using the template we have provided in the Auditorium. The deadline of this contest is May 28, 2013, 15:00 CEST.
Out of all submission, we CMs will collect the most promising ones and hand them over to the content team. They will then pick their favourite entry from this selection and implement the NPC for the summer update as close to the original as possible. Besides getting announced in a news article, the winner will also be rewarded with 360 days of premium time and a CM token.

The guidelines for this contest as well as the template you need to follow can be found in the Auditorium so make sure to read them carefully before submitting an idea. We are looking forward to reading your suggestions.
